5 Key Benefits You Gain by Trainer's Experience Sharing

Experience life in all possible ways - good-bad, bitter-sweet, dark-light, summer-winter.

"Experience all the dualities. Don't be afraid of experience, because the more experience you have, the more mature you become.”~ Osho

Human life can be enriched with all kind of experiences. Life is not always 2 X 2 = 4, sometimes it has its own ups and downs. I see many entrepreneurs are only known for their successes, but very few are open enough about sharing experiences of failures.

When I look around for corporate trainings and training institutes, I find that major part is missing - which is "Experience Sharing". Management or behaviour or technical theories are one Google search away from everyone. Its not difficult to find formulas online.

What's missing is - why 2 X 2 is not always 4? There is no straight answers to many questions, not even Google can give all answers, but with experience person becomes perfect.

I am trying to highlight on what are the key benefits for learners if trainer has practical or practice experience or background of subject or domain or field.

1. Experience gathering takes long time investment

It takes years to gain experience in any field, study or domain.

Few experiences are fair, few are political, few are bitter and few are personnel too. Its how you feel and respond.

If you as learner can't listen and absorb experience sharing by trainer, you are missing juice made after long time investment.

2. More maturity gain

More experiences you can recall, more matured your communication, plan, action and execution will be.

Maturity comes with experiences, not due to knowledge or age. Trainer who is sharing his/her experiences with you, is actually making you more matured.

Trainer who is willing to share his experience, will take you to the depth of knowledge for sure.

3. Tour to depth of knowledge

Experience is real knowledge.

Theory can make you wise, but experience can make you enlightened.

4. Gives huge confidence to learner

Neil Alden Armstrong who was the first person to walk on the Moon. Can you imagine how it must have boosted confidence in other astronauts.

Confidence can be boosted with such experiences. Trainer can help learner to gain more confidence.

5. Less mistakes, big success

If you already know a path has more obstacles, why would you choose to drive that road?

As a learner always appreciate person sharing his experience, learn from his mistakes. You should better learn by other person's mistakes, and will help you for successful planning and executions to reach new heights.
